Ruusuja is a feature-length film about a relationship crisis in the middle of a dystopic climate disaster. After hectic rush years, a Finnish couple travels to Tenerife, but a long awaited lounging by the pool turns into a week's quarantine at the hotel: a mysterious eco-catastrophe closes the streets and phone lines. No one knows what’s going on. Stuck in a hotel room, the couple drifts into an intimate crisis.
